Session fees are due at the time of booking. If payment is not received within 7 days of booking, your session will be cancelled and your spot filled.
If you need to reschedule at any time, please contact me right away. Your deposit is non-refundable but I will reschedule once at your request. Please let me know at least 48 hours before the shoot if you must reschedule, if possible. I will keep an eye on the weather and contact you within 24 hours of the session to reschedule.
Within 3 weeks of your session, your gallery will be available online. Through the online gallery you will have to opportunity to see your full gallery for the first time and be able to order prints, products or digital images.
Payment is due before any products are ordered. Any images from the session which are not ordered, will be discarded 90 days after your session. All images ordered will be archived for 2 years and reprints can be ordered at any time.
Outdoor portrait sessions are scheduled on weekends only, with limited weekday availability. Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as weekends, are reserved for newborn sessions.
Mini-sessions are typically 30 minutes, or specified in package upon booking and normally offered 2-3 times a year.
Copyright is protected by the Federal Copyright Law. It is unlawful to copy or scan any images without permission of the photographer. In order to control the quality of the work produced, the photographer is the only one who can crop, modify, order any image produced at this photo session. By violating this law, you are devaluing my work as a photographer. Kelsey Hassler Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images of the photo session and reserves the right to reproduce images for portfolio, studio display, gallery display, website, self-promotion, photo contests, etc. Clients are not allowed to reproduce any images produced by the photographer for any purpose without written consent. No other camera equipment other than the photographer's is allowed in the photo session. Any violation of the copyright law will be prosecuted by Kelsey Hassler Photography to the full extent of the law with fines of up to $50,000.
